João Fragoso Atelier in Caldas da Rainha
The João Fragoso Atelier-Museum in Caldas da Rainha opens its doors in the Caldas da Rainha Arts Centre, one of the largest sculpture centres in Portugal.
The space is dedicated to the work of Caldas-born artist João Fragoso (1913–2000) and opened in 1994. A visit takes you through the three phases of his artistic life: figurative, abstract and minimalist.
Take the chance to discover the other spaces of the Caldas da Rainha Arts Centre: Espaço Concas, the Leopoldo de Almeida Museum, the António Duarte Atelier-Museum and the Barata Feyo Museum.
Admission to all these spaces is free.
