Cycling Museum at Caldas da Rainha
The Cycling Museum at Caldas da Rainha, tells us the history of this sport from its beginnings to the present.
With free admission, the Cycling Museum is located in one of the main streets of the city, Rua de Camões, which connects one of the entrances of Caldas da Rainha to the Thermal Hospital, once a place of pilgrimages in search of the famous tableware and cavacas das Caldas (a local pastry).
In a building that takes us back to the architectural period of Art Nouveau, full of “caldas verde” tiles, its doors open to discover the wheels that went up the Serra da Estrela without “changes” and other historical pieces.
