The artist Carlos Oliveira Sculptor and Ceramist in Caldas da Rainha, has his studio at Rua das Palmeiras lot 2, Crocha, a place above the city.

The artist started to take his first steps in the arts at CENCAL (pole connected to the areas of Ceramics and Sculpture).

In 1981 he started in the areas of design and molding with the great Herculano Elias as his master.

Then, and since 1989, he created his own Atelier – Factory, where he has the conditions to execute large scale works – in ceramics, sculpture, fibers, bronze, and resins.

The artist has carried out research and investigations in the area of materials and application techniques, which are quite evident in the execution and expression of his works.

It is important to mention that Carlos Oliveira has participated in several fairs and events, where he shows some of his work and works.
