Part of the city’s Arts Centre, it opened in 2004. The museum presents the work of Salvador Barata-Feyo (1899–1990) in a modern building designed by the architect António Barata-Feyo, the artist’s son.

The collection includes many portraits, public statues and religious sculptures. The artist is a leading figure of the second generation of Portuguese modernist sculptors.

Take the chance to visit the other spaces of the Caldas da Rainha Arts Centre: the Leopoldo de Almeida Museum, the António Duarte Atelier-Museum, the João Fragoso Atelier-Museum and Espaço Concas.

Admission to all these spaces is free.
