This is an event organized by the association MVC – Movimento Viver o Concelho. The name comes from the event being held every month in particular on the twenty-first day at 21 hours in Caldas da Rainha.
These events have the debate strand with themes associated with society. They usually take place in the noble auditorium of the Parish Council of Nossa Senhora do Pópulo and admission is free.
This is just another initiative and way to create dynamics in the city and alert society to themes that mark our daily lives!
